FIGHTING TO ACTUALLY ABOLISH ABORTION IN THE SOONER STATE.

Abortion is not abolished in Oklahoma. Not even close.

Did you know that thousands of abortion are still happening in Oklahoma, quite possibly even more than what was happening before the overturn of Roe?

In Oklahoma, and every other state of the union, our Pro-Life laws have been written in such a way to keep abortion legal, as long as the woman is the only perpetrating party in the act. It's legal at all stages of pregnancy, as a result of that intentional loophole. Our Pro-Life laws have trained the pro-abortion industry to shift to self-managed abortion, which has had an effect similar to the shift from Taxis to Ubers. The market for self-managed abortion, which was previously boxed out by clinics, has now exploded in popularity, and is being completely ignored by the Pro-Life establishment. The convenience and ease of use have caused it to be the primary method of Abortion in Oklahoma, and our Pro-Life laws explicitly allow women to do this. That's why we're fighting to advance Abolitionist legislation and put forward Abolitionist candidates. Oklahoma is in many ways the torch-bearing state when it comes to the Abolitionist movement, and Abolish Abortion Oklahoma (AAOK) is the premiere political organization equipped to fight this battle.

AAOK is known for Abolition Day, an annual rally that calls for the abolition of abortion outside the state capitol, that is held at the beginning of the legislative session, immediately followed by powerful citizen lobbying which takes place on the inside. We are also known for supporting several key races which have ended in victory, and pushed the Oklahoman legislature towards Abolition.

In the realm of politics, we are seeking to establish Christ's lordship in our laws, and repent of the national sin of child sacrifice. We must end this practice, or we face the righteous judgement of our God on this land.

A History of Abolitionist Legislation In OKlahoma

Abolitionists in Oklahoma have been faithfully seeking to abolish abortion in the legislature since 2016, as many times as has been possible. Every time, Pro-Life organizations have stepped in to make sure they have been killed. Thankfully, the tides are shifting.

2016 - SB1118

The first bill to ever seek to totally abolish abortion as criminal homicide was introduced in 2016 by Senator Joseph Silk, who replaced his heartbeat act with an abolition bill, immediately after being hearing about Abolitionism and being convicted of his compromised heartbeat bill. The heartbeat bill passed committee, and Senator Joseph Silk then added the first degree murder charge to it after its passing, causing the senate to have to vote on the floor. This bill was vehemently opposed by the establishment, and was killed. Read the bill here.

[“Life begins at conception,” Silk said. “Those human embryos deserve every bit of protection as a one-year-old child.”

However, the bill is now stuck, held up by republican leadership at the Oklahoma State Capitol.

2017 - SB817

The next year, Senator Silk would again file an abolition bill, but this time it was killed in committee. You can read the bill here.

2019-2020 - SB13

In 2020, right before the Covid lockdowns began, thousands of Christians from all over America came to the Oklahoma capitol to support the Abolition of Abortion in Oklahoma Act, SB13. Here, Senator Silk declared that this is a movement that can only achieve its goal, it's just a matter of time. Even with all of the prophetic demands of Christians, the legislature killed SB13 on the floor of the Senate. SB13 would have defied Roe V Wade and asserted state sovereignty to abolish abortion in Oklahoma, but the Senate Republicans and the Pro-Life Organizations insisted that Oklahoma didn't have the authority to do that, even though they were at that same time asserting state sovereignty in the area of medical marijuana. The hypocrisy was not lost on Oklahoma abolitionists, and the movement started to grow rapidly after this point. After the killing of SB13, Dusty Deevers, a pastor from Elgin, OK declared that the thing to do now was to replace these legislators. Little did he know, God would later have him do just that.

You can read the bill here. SB13 was also covered in every major media outlet.

2021 - SB495

In 2021, The Health and Human Services Committee very swiftly brought Freshman Senator Warren Hamilton's abolition bill into consideration long before what was considered normal, very clearly so that they could kill it before anyone could react.

Warren Hamilton was unique, because unlike Senator Silk, he ran as an abolitionist, and he won. Handily. Warren Hamilton was the first senator in America to run as an Abortion Abolitionist, explicitly NOT a pro-lifer. He would not be the last.

After the killing of SB495, Abolition Day was held as a solemn call to repentance. Many pastors gave prophetic calls of repentance to the legislature in the cold, snowy weather. It was in this setting that Dusty Deevers would give his now-infamous speech, "Laws to Murder Babies are Written Here."

2023- SB402

As of the writing of this paragraph, SB402, the Prenatal Equal Protection Act, is still active, and has yet to be killed. Get involved, support Warren Hamilton and Dusty Deevers, who will be bringing this bill to the Senate, and help us call out any legislators that stand in God's way of the abolition of abortion in Oklahoma.

Take ownership of the fight against child sacrifice.
